The 'Best Before Date' of your WILDE product depends on when it was opened. The pictogram on the label representing a jar with an open lid indicates the number of months during which the product will retain optimal effectiveness after opening. For example, '12M' corresponds to one year from the date of opening, '9M' to nine months, etc...

The primary heat protector is the Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate. There is also another form of protection from the Sodium Cocoyl Amino Acids and Potassium Dimethicone PEG-7 Panthenyl Phosphate. This is a thermo-activated protective and restorative treatment, which rebuilds the lipids in the hair, helping to prevent heat damage. As an added benefit, it also protects the hair root and promotes growth.
It's not always easy to predict skin sensitivity. If you have had an allergic reaction, we recommend that you stop using all products for a week. This will allow your skin to recover from whatever was aggravating it.
You may want to test the WILDE products you have on a separate patch of skin away from your scalp.
Allow 24 hours to evaluate your skin's reaction. If there is no reaction, repeat the procedure. Allow for another twenty-four hours for evaluation.
If neither of these tests results in an adverse reaction, us as normal.
